Membership Rights & Privileges:

A. Active Membership Rights and Privileges.

• Active members will enjoy all benefits and services of EiTESAL.
• Active members have the right to be nominated and elected by other members to serve as board members. They will have the right to other privileges provided that the right to serve as a board member shall be limited to those members fulfilling their financial commitments.
• Newly admitted members should designate a "Member Representative" to act on official communications from the corporation, vote on behalf of the member at any General Assembly or special meetings and be eligible to serve as a Board Member. The member can change the Member Representative at any time. Members shall provide the Secretary General with written notice of the name of the Member Representative and any change in the name.
• Each Member shall be represented in the Association general assembly and have the right to cast one (1) vote in person or by proxy as to resolutions presented to members at any regular or special meetings of the assembly.

B. Associate Membership Rights and Privileges.

• An associate member will enjoy all benefits & privileges except being represented in the General Assembly.
