EiTESAL, in collaboration with GIZ, proudly presents the Vocational Training Program for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). This initiative aims to empower PWDs by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. Through comprehensive training sessions, hands-on workshops, and mentorship, participants will gain the confidence and expertise to secure meaningful employment and contribute to the tech sector.
Project Objectives
The primary objectives of the Vocational Training Program for PWDs are:
This project aims to train 300 PWDs to build and enhance their technical skills in software specializations such as web development and testing. This training will eventually increase opportunities to match labor market requirements and improve their economic standards.
