Now Open for Company Registration — Train to Hire Program | Phase 4

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has opened company registration for Phase 4 of the Train to Hire Program, inviting companies to participate in building job-ready talent tailored to their business needs.

What companies gain from the program:

• Access to custom-trained talent pools aligned with specific job roles
• Reduced recruitment and onboarding costs
• Training content designed in collaboration with participating companies
• Faster hiring of candidates ready for immediate deployment

Targeted sectors include:

• ITS / BPS
• Electronics Sector (Semiconductors & Embedded Systems)

Proven impact:
Phase 3 engaged 19 companies and trained 5,195 candidates across multiple sectors.
