Since 2023, Generative AI has been used to support enterprise workflows and augment human intelligence through copilots and AI agents.

Starting in 2025, enterprises aspired to add more aut onomy and adaptability through what is being called “Agentic AI,” which includes advanced intelligent features such as perception, memory, cognition, decision-making, and actions. The non-deterministic nature of LLM-based Agents requires new frameworks, tools, techniques, and operational context tuning for the production environment to ensure quality and safe operation.
